1. Definitions

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Geographic Location

You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. 86idn services are intended primarily for Indonesian players. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with all local, regional, and national laws applicable in your location. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions at our sole discretion.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using gambling services. 3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted only one account with 86idn. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to abusing bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or engaging in fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an 86idn account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information must match the identification documents you will later submit for KYC verification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify 86idn immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 86idn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 86idn requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to submit clear, legible copies of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or valid passport) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). Verification typically takes up to 24 hours during business days. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, address, or other personal information changes, you are required to update your account settings immediately. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in communication, withdrawal processing, or account verification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

86idn accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. All transactions must originate from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.

Deposits are typically credited to your 86idn account instantly. In rare cases where technical issues delay processing, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. 86idn does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered in your verified name. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is 3-5 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. VIP members enjoy priority processing times.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing. 86idn reserves the right to request additional documentation for unusually large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal, even if no bonus was claimed. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. For example, a Rp 500.000 deposit requires at least Rp 500.000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds are subject to separate, higher wagering requirements as outlined in the specific promotion terms.

5.4 Currency

All 86idn accounts operate exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, potentially with conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by 86idn are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the promotions page at the time of the offer. Not all users may be eligible for all promotions. 86idn reserves the right to exclude certain users from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 7.500.000 in total bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes 50%. The specific contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

86idn employs sophisticated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements. Any user found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts permanently closed.

6.4 Promotion Modifications

86idn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotional error (such as incorrect odds, incorrect bonus amounts, or technical glitches), 86idn reserves the right to void affected bets and bonuses.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a match postponement, bets typically remain valid for 48 hours; if the match is not completed within that timeframe, bets will be voided. Dead heat rules, void selections, and other specific circumstances are governed by standard industry practices as detailed on our sportsbook rules page.

86idn offers various bet types including single bets, mix parlay (accumulator), voor bola (Asian handicap), over/under, and live in-play betting. Each bet type has specific rules available in the betting information section.

7.2 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced. Each game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage, representing the theoretical long-term payout rate.

Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules, and results will be reflected in your account balance upon reconnection.

7.3 Live Casino Rules

7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate betting
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities
• Arbitrage betting across multiple platforms
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Manipulating game outcomes or odds through any means

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While 86idn strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 86idn will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

8.2 No Warranties

86idn services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 86idn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of 86idn services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

8.4 Force Majeure

86idn shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by 86idn

86idn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your account activity presents a risk to 86idn or other users. During suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals of your remaining balance, provided you have met all wagering requirements and your account is in good standing. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 86idn reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) for accounts that remain dormant beyond 12 months, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 86idn holds its operating license. To the extent that local Indonesian law applies, Indonesian law shall govern matters relating to consumer protection and data privacy for users located in Indonesia.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 86idn services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
